g)
Make sure that no operating fluids leak out after the
vehicle is lifted, i.e. after its stable position is changed.
h)
Do not move the jack with the vehicle lifted on it!
2.3. SAFE DEVICE USE
a)
Keep the device in perfect technical condition. Before
each use check for general damage and especially
check for cracked parts or elements and for any other
conditions which may impact the safe operation of the
device. If damage is discovered, hand over the device
for repair before use.
b)
Keep the device out of the reach of children.
c)
Device repair or maintenance should be carried out by
qualified persons, only using original spare parts. This
will ensure safe use.
d)
To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do
not remove factory-fitted guards and do not loosen
any screws.
e)
When transporting and handling the device between
the warehouse and the destination, observe the
occupational health and safety principles for manual
transport operations which apply in the country where
the device will be used.
f)
Clean the device regularly to prevent stubborn grime
from accumulating.
g)
The device is not a toy. Cleaning and maintenance may
not be carried out by children without supervision by
an adult person.
h)
Do not run the device when empty.
i)
It is forbidden to interfere with the structure of
the device in order to change its parameters or
construction.
j)
Keep the device away from sources of fire and heat.
k)
Do not overload the device.
l)
Do not use the device if there is insufficient or no oil in
the cylinder.
m)
Only use the device on a firm, level and dirt-free
surface.
n)
Before lifting the vehicle, it must be immobilized -
engage the hand (parking) brake, leave the manual
gearbox in 1st or reverse gear (in automatic gearbox
- on the "P" - park) and put special wedges under the
wheels that will stay in contact with the ground after
lifting. This will prevent uncontrolled movement of the
vehicle and possible fall from the jack.
o)
When choosing the proper places on a vehicle to
apply the jack, follow the vehicle manufacturer's
recommendations. This will ensure safe operation and
prevent possible damage to the chassis.
p)
The jack is intended only for lifting a part of the
vehicle - never lift the entire vehicle.
q)
Do not use the device outdoors in strong winds.
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protective features, and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there
is still a slight risk of accident or injury when using
the device. Stay alert and use common sense when
using the device.
3. USE GUIDELINES
The device is used to partially raise or lower vehicles.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE
APPLIANCE LOCATION
The ambient temperature must not exceed -20 - +50°C
and the relative humidity should not exceed 85%. Keep
the device away from any hot surfaces. The device should
always be used when positioned on an even, stable, clean,
fireproof and dry surface, and be out of the reach of children
and persons with limited mental and sensory functions. Do
not use the device in places with strong magnetic fields, in
potentially explosive atmosphere, mines, sea vessels and in
direct contact with food.

ASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE
MSW-TJS2-02
First, attach the handle used for carrying the jack in
4
1
the spot of your choice (7). Then, before first use,
assemble the lifting lever by inserting one lever tube
into the other until the pin engages in the hole. Put
the assembled lever (1) in its socket (5) and make sure
that the release valve (4) is closed (if not, tighten it all
the way) pump a few strokes (up-down) to distribute
the oil everywhere. Just in case, the correct operation
of the device can be first checked without the load. If
the arm (2) rises smoothly with each full movement of
the lever (1) (or on the pedal in the case of the MSW-
TJ1500) and falls when the bleed valve is released, the
5
device is operational.
7
MSW-TJ3000 / MSW-TJ2500 / MSW-TJ1500
In case of these models, the only element which must
be assembled is the lifting lever (1), consisting of two
parts. Assemble the lifting lever (1) by inserting one
part of the lever into the other. Open the release valve
(2) by turning the lifting lever counter-clockwise and
then pump up and down six strokes (using the foot
pedal on MSW-TJ1500, optional) to distribute the
oil around and bleed the system. Close the release
valve. Just in case, the correct operation of the device
can be first checked without the load. If the arm (2)
rises smoothly with each full movement of the lever
(or on the pedal in the case of the MSW-TJ1500) and
3
falls when the bleed valve is released, the device is
operational.
4
3.3. DEVICE USE
3.3.1. LIFTING
6
After you have assembled the lever and made sure that
the release valve is closed, place the jack under one of the
support points in the vehicle (see the car's manual or contact
an authorized service centre). Using the lever, pump up and
2
down (MSW-TJ1500 optionally with the foot pedal) so that
1
the lever seat rests centrally in the vehicle support. Pump
until the vehicle is raised to the desired height or the lifting
range is attained. Then place supports under the vehicle.
MSW-TJS2-02
Remove the lifting lever (1) and aim its tip at the notch in
the release valve (4) and then, slowly turning it counter-
clockwise, lower the vehicle until it rests on the supports.
MSW-TJ3000 / MSW-TJ2500 / MSW-TJ1500
Turn the lifting lever (1) slowly counter-clockwise. Lower the
vehicle slowly and carefully! Then close the release valve.
PLEASE NOTE: when leaving the vehicle, you should never
open the release valve completely!
3.3.2. LOWERING
First, lift the vehicle a little so that the supports that hold it
are released (see the previous section). Then, using the lifting
lever (1), unscrew the release valve by turning it counter-
clockwise until the lifting arm begins to lower slowly.
PLEASE NOTE: the more you open the release valve (4), the
faster the lifting arm descends, however, never unscrew it
completely or let hydraulic oil leak from it - lowering the
vehicle allows you to better control the process and react
faster in unexpected situations!
