2.3 WELDING PROCEDURE
After powering up your welding station, please follow the instructions below:
Place the fixed welding arm on the sheet
to punch.

• Positioning of the clamp prior to welding.
Press the lever until you reach the mi-
croswitch.

• The sheets are closed between the elec-
trodes
• Current is passing through according to
the preset parameters.
Keep the pressure on the lever a few mo-
ments before releasing.

Action:
• Improves the mechanical properties of
the welding spot (forging).
WARNING ! The spot welding station is protected by an earth connection. Perform welding only if the
sheets to assemble are insulated from the earth! If not, immediately suspend the welding operation and
have a specialist check the earth connection and the installation of the welding station. This must be
done by a qualified person or an expert in the technical field.
