Inserting batteries:

If it is necessary to replace the batteries, the RED LED in the
center of the control panel is illuminated. Loosen the screw (9) of
the battery cover and insert the batteries. Make sure to have the
correct poling direction, close the battery cover and slightly
screw down the screw for the battery cover.

Automatic RESET for environmental pollutions
The leakage detector has an automatic function to ignore possible environmental pollutions with
gases.
- Automatic setting of the environmental pollution – As soon as you have switched on the
device, it assumes the environmental pollution as neutral point. I.e. only higher concentrations of
gases are detected and an alarm is being triggered.
Attention! This means: If leakages are smaller than the concentration of the environmental air,
the device does not trigger an alarm, even if a leakage exists. If you would like or have to
perform a restart during the leakage detection, switch off the device and switch it on again. In
this case, the recently detected size of the leakage is regarded as neutral point and the device
only detects more important leakages.
In order to avoid that the device detects the existing concentration in the room, you have to
go outside and switch on the device at fresh air or you have to go to a room where no gas
concentration is existing. Then, restart the device once again. The device reacts on the least
leakages.
Sensitivity setting
The leakage detector disposes of 2 sensitivity stages. If you have
switched on the device, it automatically goes to the highest setting
(HIGH). In order to modify the sensitivity, press the key LOW
Sensitivity and the two green LEDs are flashing shortly. Then press
the key HIGH Sensitivity and the red LEDs are flashing shortly.
