4 Troubleshooting
No connection
• Move the USB plug to another USB port in
your computer. It may be necessary to restart
your computer.
The mouse works, but not the keys
• Press the "Mode" button to enable the keys.
See section 3.1.
The keys work, but the mouse pointer does not
move
• Press "Mode" to enable the mouse. See section
3.1.
When I press the keys, the computer does not
enter the numbers I press
• Press "Num Lock" to enable number entry.
