3.- SPEAKERBOX INSTALLATION

Make all initial connections with all the switches in the OFF position. Make sure that
the volume of all devices is low, then you can adjust it.
1. Connect the power cord to an electrical outlet and turn on the speakerbox. If you want to
connect a backup battery, use the included terminals. Pay attention to polarity.
2. Connect a microphone in the MIC INPUT via a 6.3mm connector or a Canon type
connector.
3. Use the line INPUT connectors to connect a player CD, cassette, MP3, DVD, etc., or use
the dock connector to connect an ipod.
4. Turn on all devices.
5. Adjust the devices
volume levels, as well as
the speakerbox master
volume control.
6. Adjust the levels of the
treble and bass frequencies
according to your needs.
Do not use the microphone close to the speakerbox, could lead to feedback and harm
the computer.
6.3mm and Canon type connectors marked as LINE OUT can be used to connect another
speakerbox or amplifier.
