RECIPES
Mixed fruit
2 peeled bananas
100 g strawberries
100 g pineapple
Slice the fruit in evenly sized pieces, about 0,6 cm thick. After drying and cooling, mix with a mixture of
crushed nuts.
Apple rings with cinnamon
2 kg apples
5 teaspoons cinnamon
Cut peeled apples into 0,6 cm thick rings, cut out the core and sprikle with cinnamon. Dehydrate.
Citrus mix
1,5 kg oranges

Wash the fruit thoroughly. Cut about 0,6 cm thick slices including the peel and dehydrate.

Peel the papaya and kiwi, cut off the pineapple rind. Cut about 0,6 cm thick slices and dry.
Celery and garlic salt
