Wheelie Bar Installation Instructions
The Revo wheelie bar can be used on any Revo
with stock rear bumper and body mounts. The
wheelie bar is intended for hard, high traction
surfaces where controlling wheelies can be
difficult. It is easily removed for off-road racing
or jumping.
Revo with TRX 2.5R owners: For
insane wheelie action with your Revo
with TRX 2.5R, try using a 16-tooth
(#4116) or 18-tooth (#4118) clutch bell
with a 54-tooth (#3956) spur gear. Not
for use with Revo 3.3.
1. Using a 2mm hex wrench, remove
the two 3x25mm BCS button head screws
from the rear bumper mount and remove
the bumper assembly (A).
2. Locate the new wheelie bar adapter and
hook the adapter over the bumper mount
as shown (B).
3. Re-insert the bumper mount assembly
into the chassis as shown and using a
2mm hex wrench, secure the assembly
with the supplied 3x30mm BCS button head screws (C).
4. Slide the wheelie bar assembly into the adapter from below until it locks
firmly into place. (D) To remove, simply press the tab in on the wheelie bar
to unlock, then slide down.

Setup Instructions
Changing the position of the wheelie bar
height setting is easier when the wheelie
bar is installed on the truck. Snap the upper
arms off of the wheelie position cross bars.
Move the upper arms to the desired wheelie
position cross bar and then snap them
in place. Each setting can offer different
results based on the individual ride height
and droop settings for a particular truck. Try to avoid riding on the wheelie
bar wheels during normal driving (this can happen in the lowest setting with
lower than stock ride heights). Remove the wheelie bar when the truck will be
jumped or driven in harsh off-road conditions.
