Use
Before using the appliance for the first time, wash the bowl, the lid, and the blade, rinse and wipe carefully.
Place the chopping container in the correct way on anti-slip base.
Insert the blade in its seat, so that it matches the insertion blade pin, inside the container.
Put the food into the chopping container, do not exceed the level of the unlock cutter.
Put the lid and then the motor housing onto the chopping container in the correct way.
Connect the appliance to the socket.
To operate the appliance, press down on the switch button by selecting the desired power.
Do never press on the switch button for more than 10 seconds.
To turn off the appliance release the switch button.
Wait until the blade has completely stopped and lift the motor housing and the lid.
Unplug the appliance after use.
Note: Avoid processing hard foods like nutmeg, ice, etc., nor juicy food like tomatoes, pears, peaches;
nor ingredients which need to be finely ground such as coffee beans or wheat. Never place any liquids
food into the chopping container.
Cleaning
It is recommended to wash the appliance immediately after use, following next points.
Unplug the appliance.
Completely disassemble the parts from the motor body. In particular:
Remove the lid by sliding it upwards.
Remove the blade unit.
Remove the container from the non-slip base.
The parts that can be washed in water are only the container, the lid and the blade unit. Do not use grainy deter-
gents and abrasive cloths, as they could damage the appliance.
Only the container can be washed in the dishwasher.
The motor body, cable and plug must be cleaned only with a damp cloth.
Never immerse the motor body in water or other liquids.
Make sure that the appliance and all its parts are dry before their next use and before storing it.
