Garantie
Auf das vorliegende Qualitätsprodukt
gewährt Ihnen die Leifheit AG 5 Jahre
Garantie ab Kaufdatum (bzw. bei Bestellun-
gen ab Erhalt der Ware). Die Garantie
ansprüche müssen Sie unverzüglich nach
Auf treten des Defekts innerhalb der Garan-
tiezeit geltend machen. Die Garantie
erstreckt sich auf die Beschaffenheit der
Produkte.
Ausgeschlossen von der Garantie sind:
(1) gebrauchsbedingte oder sonstige natür-
lich hervorgerufene Verschleißmängel;
(2) Schäden durch unsachgemäßen
Gebrauch bzw. Umgang (z. B. Schlag,
Stoß, Fall);
(3) Schäden durch Nichtbeachtung der vor-
gegebenen Bedienungshinweise;
(4) Batterie, bzw. Akku
Im Garantiefall gewährt Ihnen Leifheit nach
eigenem Ermessen entweder die Reparatur
defekter Teile oder den Austausch des Pro-
duktes. Falls eine Reparatur nicht durch-
führbar ist und ein identisches Produkt zum
Zwecke des Austauschs nicht mehr im Sor-
timent verfügbar ist, erhalten Sie ein mög-
lichst gleichwertiges Ersatzprodukt.
Eine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises ist im
Garantiefall nicht möglich. Diese Garantie
gewährt zudem keine Schadensersatzan-
sprüche.
Zur Inanspruchnahme der Garantie wenden
Sie sich bitte unter Vorlage des defekten
Produktes und des Kaufbelegs (Kopie) an
denjenigen Händler, bei dem Sie das Pro-
dukt erworben haben. Diese Garantie gilt
weltweit.
Ihre gesetzlichen Rechte, insbesondere
Gewährleistungsrechte, gelten für Sie
weiterhin und werden durch diese Garantie
nicht beschränkt.
Konformität
Dieses Gerät entspricht der geltenden EG-
Richtlinie 2004/108/EC.

Information: Alle unsere werkseitig mitgelie-
ferten Batterien sind schadstoffarm! Batte-
rien gehören nicht in den Hausmüll. Als Ver-
braucher sind Sie gesetzlich verpflichtet,
gebrauchte Batterien zurückzugeben. Sie
können Ihre alten Batterien bei den öffent-
lichen Sammelstellen in Ihrer Gemeinde
oder überall dort abgeben, wo Batterien der
betreffenden Art verkauft werden.
Hinweis: Diese Zeichen finden Sie auf
schadstoffhaltigen Batterien:
Pb = Batterie enthält Blei
Cd = Batterie enthält Cadmium
Hg = Batterie enthält Quecksilber
Entsorgung von gebrauchten elektri-
schen und elektronischen Geräten
Das Symbol auf dem Produkt
oder seiner Verpackung weist
darauf hin, dass dieses Produkt
nicht als normaler Haushalts-
abfall zu behandeln ist, sondern
an einer Annahmestelle für das
Recycling von elektrischen und elektroni-
schen Geräten abgegeben werden muss.
Weitere Informationen erhalten Sie über
Ihre Gemeinde, die kommunalen Entsor -
gungsbetriebe oder das Geschäft, in dem
Sie das Produkt gekauft haben.

Guarantee
Leifheit AG grants you 5 years guarantee as
of the date of purchase (or for order upon
receipt of the goods) for the quality product
at hand. The guarantee claims must be
asserted immediately upon occurrence of
the defect within the guarantee period.The
guarantee is limited to the quality of the
products.
The following are excluded from the gua-
rantee:
(1) wear caused by proper use or natural
causes;
(2) damage caused by improper use or
handling (e.g. impact, bump, fall);
(3) damage caused by non-compliance with
stated operating instructions;
(4) the rechargeable battery
In case of a guarantee claim, Leifheit will at
its own discretion provide either repair of
defective parts or replace the product. If a
repair is not possible and if an identical pro-
duct is no longer available within the pro-
duct range for replacement, you will receive
a replacement product that is, insofar as
possible, of equal value. In case of a gua-
rantee claim, the purchase price cannot be
reimbursed. This guarantee also does not
grant compensation rights. This guarantee
furthermore does not grant any claims for
damages.
To assert the guarantee, please contact the
seller where you purchased the product
and present the defective product, the pur-
chase receipt (copy) and the guarantee slip.
The guarantee is valid globally.
Your statutory rights, in particular warranty
rights, continue to be valid and are not limi-
ted by this warranty.

This appliance is radio interference-free in
accordance with the applicable EC directi-
ve 2004/108/EC. You will find the EU com-

Statutory notice for disposing batteries
Information: all batteries originally included
with the product are non-hazardous! Batte-
ries should not be disposed of with house-
hold waste. You have a legal duty as a con-
sumer to return used batteries. You can
hand in your old batteries at public collec-
tion points in your community or at any
place selling batteries of the type in
question.
Note: You will find these symbols on batte-
ries containing hazardous materials:
Pb = battery contains lead
Cd = battery contains cadmium
Hg = battery contains mercury
Disposal of used electrical and electronic
appliances
This symbol on a product or its
packaging means that this pro-
duct should not be treated as
normal household waste, but
must be handed in at a recycling
collection point for electrical and
electronic appliances. You can find out
more information from your local council,
the municipal waste companies or the shop
where you purchased the product.
