Maintenance, Care, Storage and Transportation

• Keep and use the original packaging for transport.
10 Assembly
DANGER!
Risk of life by electric shock!
• Do not touch any live parts!
• Turn off devices before working on getting all circuits de-energized!
1. Turn the breaker off and secure it against restarting.
2. Remove the screws in the cover and the strain relief and take it off.
3. Carefully pull the motion detector out of the ceiling. When doing so, pay attention
to the clamping brackets that are under spring tension.
4. Check with a voltage indicating whether the be wired lines are really de-energized.
5. Loosen all cable connections.
11 Disposal Instructions
11.1 Product
According to the European WEEE directive, electrical and electronic equipment
must not be disposed with consumers waste. Its components must be recycled or
disposed apart from each other. Otherwise contaminative and hazardous
substances can damage the health and pollute the environment.

11.2 Packaging
Packaging can be disposed of free of charge at the suitable collection points – pa-
per belongs in paper bins, plastics belong in yellow sacks and glass belongs in
used glass bins.
