strength exercises (leg press, squats, back and abs) with
cardiovascular aerobic exercise, which makes it a complete,

body. With Total Crunch, you can work on all the main muscle
groups. The muscles are contracted, toned and shaped through
a simplemovement that uses your own body weight to create
resistance.

INSTRUCTIONS - STEP 1
Sit directly on the device and hold firmly onto the handlebar.
Apply resistance with your legs. Pull the handlebar towards you
and then push it back to its original position.
