d. Set intensity:
Turn the intensity/power knob anti-clockwise; the current will gradually increase. Turn the intensity/power knob anti-
clockwise; the current will gradually decrease. Set the current to the desired level.
We recommend starting with a low intensity when first using the appliance and then slowly increasing the intensity.
Do not increase the current too rapidly. Once you are used to the stimulation, you can increase the power, always
keeping within the limits of what you can stand, without injury, so as to recruit as many fibres as possible.
e. Treatment time:
Press the duration selection button (button 5); the appliance offers a selection of six treatment durations, i.e. 5, 10, 15,
20, 25, 30. The usage time for a position is generally 15 minutes per session, once or twice a day. It is also possible to
extend or shorten the operating time according to the needs of the user. The appliance will stop automatically when
the set time comes to an end. If you wish to continue the treatment, switch the appliance off for three seconds and
then restart it.
f. If you wish to modify the position of the adhesive electrode during a session, switch the Intensity/power knob to the
OFF position before changing the treatment position. Then restart the appliance to prevent any electric shock while
positioning the electrodes.
g. If you wish to stop during the course of a treatment, please only remove the adhesive electrodes once the appliance
has stopped.
h. After use, turn the "Intensity/Supply" button anticlockwise to stop the Body Stim.

When using the Body Stim, when applying the electrodes, it is recommended to
use two electrodes per muscle group, one connected to the green plug and the other
connected to the grey plug. Electrodes represent positive and negative poles.
We do not recommend placing the two electrodes on either side of your body part. (For
example: electrode to the grey plug on the left arm and electrode to the green plug on
the right arm.)
For optimum and safe use, we recommend that you position and connect the electrodes
as shown on the diagrams above.

MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE

CLEANING
(1) Cleaning the main unit : Rub the unit with a soft dry cloth.
(2) Cleaning the adhesive electrodes: Simply hold the unplugged electrode under clear
running water, rinse and carefully rub the adhesive side carefully to remove dust.
(3) Storing the adhesive electrodes: Apply the electrodes to the plastic backing (D).
Wind the cable around the groove in the stand.
STORAGE
Store the appliance out of the reach of children.
Do not store the main unit in a location subject to high temperatures, high levels of humidity or direct sunlight. Place it in
its box in a dry place.
Remove the batteries when the unit is not going to be used for a long period of time.
Do not dismantle the unit without authorisation; do not drop or knock the main unit.
