ASSEMBLAGGIO
Fig. 1 - Posizionare il manico nelle apposite sedi e fissarlo con le
viti in dotazione.
Posizionare sul suo supporlo la vaschetta porta attrezzi A
Fissare la pinza porta tubo B
Fig. 2 - Avvitare alla vasca il gruppo C e fissarlo con una chiave
appropriata.
Fig. 3 - Montare la vasca di raccolta completa di stelo sul serba-
toio e fissare il tutto con ghiera E utilizzando una chiave a settore.
Fig. 4 - Fissare il tubo di scarico F utilizzando la fascetta in
dotazione.
Fig. 5 - Chiudere il rubinetto G
ISTRUZIONI D'USO
Per sollevare o abbassare la vaschetta di raccolta, svitare la ghie-
ra M, posizionare la vaschetta e quindi ribloccare la ghiera, fig. 6.
IMPORTANTE!!!
In fase di recupero, per non chiudere il foro di sfiato posto sullo
stelo di collegamento coppa-serbatoio, non sollevare mai la coppa
fino a fine corsa in alto.
Lasciare 4-5 cm di luce.
L'indicatore di livello H posto a lato del serbatoio, indica la quantità
dell'olio recuperato, fig. 1 - 7.
ATTENZIONE: Non riempire mai il serbatoio oltre il limite dato dal-
l'indicatore di livello H montato a fianco del serbatoio.
SVUOTAMENTO DEL SERBATOIO
- Sollevare innanzitutto la coppa fino a fine corsa in alto in modo
che il foro di sfiato si chiuda automaticamente.
- Chiudere la saracinesca L, fig. 7
- Ancorare il tubo di scarico ad un contenitore appropriato.
- Collegare 0,5 bar al rubinetto d'aria D ed aprire la valvola G
- Chiudere la valvola G dopo lo svuotamento
L'apparecchio è dotato di valvola di sicurezza tarata ad 1 bar

ASSEMBLY
Fig. 1 - Insert the handle into the holding fixtures provided on the
reservoir and secure it with screws. Place the tool tray A on the
bracket provided. Attach the hose retainer B.
Fig. 2 - Attach group C to the drain basin and tighten it with a
suitable wrench.
Fig. 3 - Connect the assembled group to the reservoir tank by
tightening the ring nut E with a suitable wrench.
Fig. 4 - Attach the hose F with the hose clamp provided.
Fig. 5 - Close the ball valve G by turning it clockwise.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
To raise and lower the catch basin, loosen ring nut M and hand
tighten after reaching desired height (fig. 6).
IMPORTANT!!!
While draining to avoid closing the bleeder vent on the catch-basin
to reservoir connecting tube, never lift the catch-basin to its upper limit.
Leave 4-5 cm. Clearance.
The oil level gauge H located on the side of the reservoir indicates
the quantity of oils drained (fig.1-7).
CAUTION: Never fill the reservoir over the maximum level
indicated by the gauge H that is located on the side of the reservoir.
EMPTYING THE RESERVOIR
CAUTION: Lift the catch basin to its upper limit so that the safety
air bleeder vent is automatically closed. Close the ball valve L, fig. 7.
Attach the end of the drain hose to a suitable waste oil container.
Connect (0,5 Bar) shop air to valve D and open ball valve G.
After the fluids have been transferred from the unit's reservoir tank
close ball valve G.
The unit is equipped with a pneumatic safety relief valve that has
been factory calibrated at 1 bar (14 PSI).
