Changing the battery
Gently remove the battery clip on the bottom of the remote.
Remove the old battery from the clip and replace with a new battery.
Gently snap the battery clip back in place.
Care and Cleaning
Before attempting to clean the puck light, unplug the power plug from the outlet.
To clean the puck light use a clean, dry or slightly damp cloth.
Do not use any cleaners with chemicals, solvents or harsh abrasives, as damage to the puck lights may occur.
Allow the puck light and components to dry thoroughly before plugging the power plug back into the outlet.
Troubleshooting
Problem
The puck light does not turn on.
Battery Type: CR2025
Possible Cause
The power plug does not have power.
The power plug is not securely connected to the
connection box.
Batteries in the remote are dead, not installed correctly,
or the plastic barrier sheet has not been removed.
The remote does not have a direct line of sight to the eye
on the control box or is too far away.
Insert the plug into a live 120V receptacle.
Check the connection and make sure the
power supply wire is securely connected
to the connection box.
Check to make sure the plastic battery
barrier sheet has been removed. Check to
make sure the polarity of the batteries is
correct. Check to make sure the batteries
are not dead.
Check the line of sight and move the eye
on the control box accordingly. Make sure
that the distance between the remote
control and the eye on the control box is
within 7 m (22 ft.).
