STEP 7:
Insert the counter (6) into the handle bar(3),and connect the display line.
STEP 8:
Insert the U knee part (3) into the main frame,and tighten the short
screw (13) by the tool B (15).put the plastic cover A(7) into the knee part,and
insert the long lock pin (12) into the hole.
