duct
Important safety indications
Caution! This appliance contains dust hazardous to health.
Empyting and manteinance operations, including removal
of the dust collerction means, must only be carried out by
authorized personnel wearing suitable personal protections.
Do not operate without the full filtration system fitted.
PACKAGE HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS
The machine is packaged in n. 1 box with the following dimensions
and weight: cm 95x65x200h - 185 kg
made up of:
- wooden platform;
- corrugated cardboard covering;
- binding straps.
The box must be handled and stored in the upright position.
Do not place any objects on the package that weigh more and/or ha-
ve a different sized base than the package.
Unpacking and disposal of packing material
Before unpacking, carefully examine the condition of the parcel, if the-
re is any damage, signs of it having been opened or missing docu-
mentation in the doc ment envelope affixed to the outside, then pro-
ceed no further. In this case the delivery must be refused with ap-
propriate notification to the carrier. The non- observance of this re-
quirement will nullify the guarantee.
To unpack the machine:
- cut the binding straps;
- remove the corrugated cardboard covering;
- take the machine off the wooden platform;
- locate the key (14) for open the door (13);
- remove the bag containing the accessories.
Checking the contents of the supply
The supply includes:
- turbine complete with feed cable;
When disposing of the packing material, the requirements in
force at the place of installation of the machine must be com-
plied with, taking into account any regulations concerning the
differentiated collection of materials.
WARNINGS
Safety and accident prevention instructions
- The machine is to be considered a centralised vacuum unit connec-
ted by a permanent hose to various located vacuum points;
- this machine can only be operated by trained people in charge; ma-
chine not intended to be operated by kids or mental-sensorial de-
fective people;
- it is necessary to provide an adequate air change rate in the room if
the exhaust air is returned in the room. Reference to National
Regulations is necessary;
- the temperature of the work area must be between 10°C and 35°C
with humidity between 50% and 90%;
- do not expose the machine to rain.
Explosion or fire hazard
- Do not vacuum flammable or explosive dust (i.e. magnesium, alu-
minium, asbestos, etc.);
- do not vacuum sanding dust from surfaces treated with paints that
have not completed the catalyst cycle;
- do not vacuum sparks or white hot shavings;
- immediately disconnect the machine from the electrical mains if
dust is discharged;
- do not vacuum flammable or explosive liquids (i.e. petrol, thinners, etc.).
- do not vacuum aggressive liquids or substances (i.e. acids , bases,
solvents, etc.).
Specific use
The machine is high stress qualified for industrial applications accor-
ding to regulations EN60335-1.
The machine is designed to vacuum dry sanding dust with all expo-
sure limit values due to the work type.
The machine is equipped with a fitting for external exhaust of vacuu-
med and filtered air as required by the current regional and national laws.
