2.2 Setting the pedometer
To use the distance calculation function (DIST), you first need to set the stride length. The more
accurate the stride length, the more reliable the measurement of distance covered will be.
To do this:
Count the number of paces it takes you to cover a distance of 10 metres. Repeat the exercise to check

For example: You need 14 paces to cover 10 metres.
10 / 14 = 0.71
Your stride is therefore 71cm long.
