This complete product allows you to monitor your training. It measures
the number of strides and calculates the distance covered, the calories

burned, the exercise period. It uses two stride lengths to adapt
automatically to your type of activity (walking or running). For the
distance to be calculated accurately, you will need to follow the stride
length setting procedure carefully.

Navigation system: the navigation diagram can be found at the start of the manual (FIGURE 1).
This device has 4 different modes:
- TIME: Time, 12/24 H, date
- STEP: Counter of the number of strides, distance covered, calories burned, exercise stopwatch
- TO STEP: Display showing the total number of strides and total distance covered
- ALARM: Daily alarm
2/ Setting the pedometer
- When setting the device, if no command is done for 30 seconds, the pedometer
automatically exits setting mode.
- Once a type of unit is selected, it is applied to all modes.
For example: steps in cm = weight in kg = distance in km.

Allows you to set each mode.
D: RESET button
Allows you to set the values of the different modes to
zero. Increases the setting values when entering or
modifying data.
