3. Position the receiver assembly #1 up
against the bottom of the bumper and
previously installed bracket #2. Place
the 1/2" conical washer #5 on the
1/2" x 2" bolt #4. Drop bolt down
through hole in center of bumper step
and thread into the hole in receiver
assembly
4. Install a bolt #6 through inner
slots on each side of receiver
tube and clamping bracket #2.
Loosely secure with square
hole plate #3 and 1/2" flange
nut #7 as shown on
Illustration 4.
5. Loosely install the remaining
bolts #6 and flange nuts #7
as shown on Illustration 5.
