Introduction
This manual covers operation, installation and maintenance instructions for the EXP-24 Controller
Manufactured by Exlar Corporation. For Actuator / Motor installation refer to the corresponding manual,
for example EL100 Actuator Installation manual, Exlar PN 44465.
Application
The EXP-24 is designed to meet general industrial motion control requirements for high temperature
hazardous locations. Typical applications include gas turbine guide vane and valve motion control.
General Specifications
The controller is designed to be used specifically with the EL100 Actuator but can be used to drive most
three phase linear actuators and rotary motors with similar ratings. Contact Exlar engineering
regarding alternative actuator and controller combinations.
