General Instructions
No modifications or alterations can be made to the product without authorisation from the manufacturer, in the event of this,
the guarantee will be invalidated.
National standards and safety regulations must be observed.
Safety instructions
Before the product is used, it is to be checked for correct functioning. Should this result in finding restrictions or
even defects, the product must not be used!
Only use for the intended purpose!
The payload given must not be exceeded!
On ramps and a sloping surface careful handling is required as self-reinforcing movements can come
about through the weight of the drum transported
Safety instructions for ex-model
The electrical conductivity of the wheels and wheel linings can be changed by the depositing of hindering
substances and also by chemical and mechanical influences in such a way that the allowable values laid
down in the standards are exceeded. In particular, dust, dirt and paint, acids and alkalis, overloads and im-
pact loads can lead to the discharge/conduction of electric/electrostatic energy to the floor being reduced or
completely interrupted.
Because of the abundance of influences unknown to us in the use of our products our guarantee with re-
spect to the electrical conductivity relates exclusively to the compliance with the permitted values of the
wheels in new condition on delivery laid down in the standards.
The constant observation of technical safety regulations such as e.g. compliance with the values with respect
to electrical conductivity in use is exclusively in the area of responsibility of the user.
The exchange of the wheels for a non-conductive version leads to a loss of the ATEX eligibility.
As a lashing strap only an antistatic model must be used. The exchange of the strap for a non-conductive
version leads to a loss of the ATEX eligibility.
Use and intended purpose
The drum dolly is used for moving 200 litre drums, or cans or small other containers.
Technical details
The steel (S 235 JR62 according to DIN EN 10025) drum dolly has a sturdy under frame with PE castors. The
sturdy PE drum dolly also has PE castors.

Operation
Preparation
To facilitate loading, storage and filling of the drum roller, the optional attachments available from DENIOS AG
should be used.
Loading
Place drums on the middle of the drum roller
Check drums are positioned safely
Handling
Handling the drum roller using sliding bracket or directly on the drum
Only manoeuvre over uneven ground very carefully!
Maintenance and servicing
Tip product, check the rollers for ease of movement and if necessary grease with commercial grease.
Check at regular intervals for any damage. In case of damage the product must not be further used!
