DESCRIPTION
The 960TP is a digital pressure tester, able to measure any pressure up to 80 bar (1160 PSI). It can
be used to measure any gas and noncorrosive liquid.
In the automotive field it is especially useful to measure fuel pressure and engine compression.
This pressure tester is based on a microprocessor and an electronic sensor. The microprocessor
shows, on the graphical display, all the information needed during the testing procedure.
A start-up auto test assures the user that the battery, the sensor and the microprocessor are working
properly when the tester is turned on.
This pressure tester is equipped with a wireless printing module. The user can print the test results
ticket without the need to connect it to the printer (BETA 1498ST/W). The wireless transmitter works
in the unlicensed ISM band radio frequency band, so any communications device will never get any
interference.
The 64x128 pixel graphical display can show up to 8 lines of text and also graphical test results.
Backlight can be activated when it is too dark to see the display (8).
The battery status is continuously checked by the tester; when the battery voltage is too low, a
message is shown to the user and the tester is turned off, thus avoiding wrong measures.
