Xtend Module 3

Xtend Module 3
Module 3 provides all the functionality of Module 2 as
well as the ability to display images from a Personal
Computer (PC) and external video camera.

Keypad

Units with Module 2 and Module 3 include the Keypad.
See Xtend Module 2/Keypad (on page 35).
PC Key
With upgrade Module 3, the PC key on the Keypad
allows you to display the contents of a PC screen or
external video camera on your SmartView Xtend.
The Display Options
To view the display options, connect a PC and/or
external camera to your SmartView Xtend using the
cable provided, then hold down the PC key. When
both a PC and an external camera are attached, the
display cycles through:
The SmartView Xtend screen.
A split screen, with one side SmartView Xtend
and one side PC.
Full PC screen.
