4. Install hitch: Feed the carriage bolt ① and spacer ② through the access hole using the pull wires ⑤. Leave pull wires attached. Raise the hitch
and feed pull wire previously installed through hitch bracket slot. Remove pull wires and loosely install conical washer ③ and hex nut ④ to hitch .
