SHORT CORD INSTRUCTIONS

A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled in,
or tripping over a longer cord. Extension cords may be used if care is exercised in their use.
The electrical rating of the extension cord should be at least 16 ampere. An extension
cord of less than 16 ampere could overheat and get damaged.
The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the counter top or
tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over.
BEFORE USE
Unpack the appliance and accessories, then wash and wipe these accessories.
It is normal if some smoke or smell emanates from the appliance when using it for the first
time. Therefore, we advise you to use your appliance empty once before the first use. Set
the timer to ca. 10 minutes at the maximum temperature (250°C) and the function
selector switch on the "heat from above and below" position.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Before the first use, clean the surface of the tray with a damp cloth and wipe dry.
Slide the crumb tray onto the bottom of the oven cavity.
Plug the unit into the power supply socket.
Use the desired accessories (baking tray or grill rack) according to the purpose.
Put the food in the oven.
Select the desired cooking mode (upper heating element or upper and lower heating
element) and the temperature.
Put the timer knob on the desired cooking time. The pilot light will illuminate to show that
the appliance is heating. You'll hear a signal when the cooking time has elapsed. The
appliance will switch off automatically. The pilot light will go out.
If you want to stop before the selected time is over, place the timer in the off-position "0".
Carefully open the door, preferably using an oven glove.
