Before starting work and using the door operator, read and apply the safety
instructions in the Safety section of the operating instructions.
The door operator (button F1 / F3) may only be operated if the entire range of motion
is clearly visible or if the door is equipped with an additional safety device (e.g.
photo cell). Be mindful of others within the action range of this product during
operation.
Installation
See page 38.
Programming
Place the control unit (2) in the vicinity of the door operator and connect it to the power
supply. The blue LED flashes.
A) Teaching in the control unit
Proceed as described in the Teaching in/deleting a remote transmitter section of the
operating instructions for the Magic 1000 (600) door operator. Instead of the remote
transmitter button, press the F1(F3) button on the control unit (2).
B) Teaching in the radio module
1. Press the F2 button on the control unit (2), all LEDs flash.
2. Press the F1(F3) button, the door operator starts and the status of the door is shown,
the Magic Door Control is operational.
Operate the control unit at a suitable location with sufficient radio contact.
C) Resetting the radio module
Keep the F2 button on the control unit (2) pressed for > 3 seconds, all LEDs flash several
times. No more status messages of the door operators are displayed.
