• Cooking time may varies depend on food ingredients, temperature, mass and
portion. Please adjust the time with the recipe time reference and according to
the actual cooking condition.
• If prolong cooking, cooking time may be lessen with the hot heating elements.
Adjust the time based on the actual food condition.
• The oven will adjust the heating elements temperature automatically to avoid
overheat. It will come off eventually but do not remove the food from the oven to
ensure proper cooking effect.
• Set the timer to 0 once you are done using the oven.

OPERATING YOUR APPLIANCE

To use the oven please follow these instructions:
• Connect the power cord to a compatible earth wire.
• Place the food in the baking tray/wire rack of the oven and then insert it into the
rails. Finally close the door.
• Select the desired temperature, heating mode and cooking time for
UMH19L1300-19, UMH28L1500-19 Y UMHC48L2000-19, select temperature and
timer. For model UMH10L1050-19, function cannot be selected and Up&down
resistantes will work at same time.
• When setting the time, the power indicator will automatically illuminate and turn
off when the time is up.
• When the set cooking time has elapsed, a beep will sound and the oven will
switch off automatically.
• If the food is not cooked properly, turn the timer again to cook it for a longer
time.
• Once the cooking process is complete, set the timer, temperature and heat
knobs to position 0 to turn off the appliance, open the door and wait until all the
steam comes out before removing it.
• Wait until the oven has cooled completely before cleaning.
Note: Some smoke may be released when using this appliance for the first time. This
is normal and does not mean that the appliance is damaged. The smoke will disappear
after 5-10 minutes. It is recommended to preheat the oven for about 10-15 minutes
before introducing food.
Note: For a toasting bread effect, please remove the food tray from the oven before
operating it.
Turn the timer knob to the corresponding position according to the desired

bread toasting. The time range will usually be 3 to 5 minutes. If you wish to set a
time less than 5 minutes, turn the knob to a time greater than 5 minutes and then
turn it back to the desired time. It will ensure a safe and accurate setting of the
