o Counterclockwise turn to "Stay On", oven keeps constant on.
o Clockwise turn to choose desired time (maximum 60 minutes) and it will
count down automatically.
• Function knob: with this knob you could select the cooking mode.
Up resistance: The oven will only heats in above side.
Down resistance: The oven will only heats in lower side.
Up&Down resistance: Both resistances will work at same time. The oven
will heat up and down.
Convection + Up&Down resistance: Fan will work together with both
resistances (Up and down)
Note: Model UMH10L1050-19 does not include function knob. This model will only
work with function 'Up&down resistance' .

BEFORE USE

IMPORTANT: Before using this appliance, please remove the sticker from the
glass (in case your model includes it)
Before using the electric oven for the first time, make sure:
• Read all instructions in this manual.
• Make sure the oven is unplugged and the buttons are in the off position.
• Ensure that there is enough ventilation around the oven.
• Remove all accessories. Wash bake pan and wire rack in hot soapy water or in
the dishwasher.
• Thoroughly dry all accessories and reassemble the oven. Make sure the
appliance is completely dry and plug the oven into the socket and it is ready for
use.
• The oven should not be placed on an untreated wood surface. Place the oven on
a heat-resistant surface.
• The oven feet may leave some marks on the surface, if this happens, remove the
marks with a damp cloth.
• After reassembling the oven, we recommend you turn it on at MAX temperature
for approximately 15 minutes to remove any residual oil that may have remained
after the manufacturing process.
• Check foods being baked 5 or 10 minutes before the expected cooking time
finishes.
