I VW Alarm Tool (70470)
Goal:
To deactivate the original alarm without triggering it.
Prerequisites:
A mechanically working key that fits the vehicle.
Proper connection to the CAN and the vehicle
body.
General Procedure:
The alarm tool will be connected to the Komfort
CAN and the body of the vehicle. Then, the win-
dows will open giving you access to the vehicle
so you can turn the ignition with the milled key.
Now the alarm is disabled and you can open the
door without triggering the alarm system.
Step by Step Instructions:
Look through the crack between the door and the
fender. At approximately 76 cm from the ground
you will find the door plug. Remove the rubber
cap over the door plug with the help from the in-
cluded hook. Connect the red wire with the Kom-
fort CAN of the vehicle (orange/green wire), by
inserting the non-insulated end of the red cable
into the door plug. Fourth cable from the top left.
Connect the black wire to the vehicle body (axle,
brake, etc.) Turn the tool on. First you hear the
central locking system open the vehicle.
This is a sure sign that the cable connections are
correct. Immediately after that your windows roll
down. Do not open the door now, the alarm still
active! Reach inside the vehicle through the win-
dow and grasp the steering wheel while inserting
the previously prepared key and turn the ignition
on. (There does not have to be a trained trans-
ponder in the key) Now the alarm is permanent-
ly disabled and you can open the doors. Turn
the tool off again. You can run the procedure as
many times as you want, as it does not conflict
with the new CAN.

Golf VI all years
Touran
Caddy (also the Facelift models)
Tiguan
Seat Leon
Audi models are not yet integrated, but will be
added at a later date.
