power pack inserted into the charging port of the radio charger:
• Turn the On/Off Volume Control knob (4) clockwise to turn the power on.
• Press the AM/FM/AUX Selector button (8) until the "AUX" icon appears on the display.
• Open the MP3 player door (10) (See figure F). CAUTION: Compartment not water tight.
• Connect the jack plug located inside the door to the MP3 player as shown in Figure G.
The device can be used in three different ways:
• Stored inside the foam compartment with the door open or closed (Figure H),
• Seated on the ledge with the door closed (Figure I)
• Seated on a table or hard surface with the door closed (Figure J)
Carrying the Radio Charger
Figure K shows the recommended way to carry the radio charger.
Storing the Power Adaptor
The power adaptor can be stored in the cavity in the back of the unit and held in place
by the attached bungee cord.
Problem
• Unit will not start.

MAINTENANCE
Use only mild soap and damp cloth to clean the tool. Never let any liquid get inside the
tool; never immerse any part of the tool into a liquid.

adjustment (other than those listed in this manual) should be performed by authorized
service centers or other qualified service personnel, always using identical replacement
parts.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Possible Cause
• Battery pack not installed properly.
• Battery pack not charged.
• Charger not plugged in.
• Surrounding air temperature
