Troubleshooting

The failures and solutions stated in this section can be performed easily by yourselves and always consult to an Autho-
rized Uğur Service if these suggestions do not solve your problem.
CAUTION!
• Intervention to any failure that may occur in your product must be carried out by Authorized Uğur Service.
• Any intervention that may be done by you may harm you, your employee or customer, invalidate the product
guarantee and cause material damage (fire etc..).
• In case of any failure, consult to Uğur Customer Care or Authorized Uğur Service. (see Page 20)
Troubleshooting Possible Solution

P1 Room sensor failure Check the sensor connection
P2 sen Evaporator sensor failure Check the sensor connection before replacing the sensor.
HA pa- Maximum temperature alarm Check compressor operation and relevant parameter values.
LA pa- Maximum temperature alarm Check compressor operation and relevant parameter values.
EA External alarm Alarm stops automatically when digital entry is deactivated.

IA External alarm Check external alarm outlets or A4 and A7 parameters.
dOr Open door alarm Check that the door is closed or A4 and A7 parameters.
LO Low temperature alarm Alarm will be turned-off automatically when the temperature
returns to the set value range. Also check the set value.
HI High temperature alarm Alarm will be turned-off automatically when the temperature
returns to the set value range. Also check the set value. Check
whether the cooling system runs properly.
EE/Eer Unit parameter failure Check the parameters.
EF Operating parameter failure Check dT,dP and d4 parameters; defrost effect. Alarm will be closed
automatically when defrost operation finishes.
ED Defrost completed out of dT, dP ve d4 parametrelerini; defrost etkisini kontrol et. Defrost
