The white LED light indicate battery capacity reminded in
power bank as follows:

Charging power bank:
Connect the power bank with a DC USB port. Plug the micro USB
cable to the power bank for recharge. The white indicator light will
flash when charging in progress. Indicator lights turns into full light
when the power bank is fully charged.
