Mounting finger tubes

Now screw the fingers required for habituation to the holding elements. The finger tips should be point in the planned
direction of movement of the animals. Start with the two outer finger tubes.
Slide the fingers into the T-piece from below. Make sure that the upper clamping screw is pushed through and can be
screwed through the hole provided in the finger.
Clamp the finger tube in the correct position with the lower clamping screw. Then the upper clamping screw can be fixed.
Habituation and operation

Now check the function of the finger gate and make sure that all screws are tightened firmly.
Depending on the width and number of finger modules, install additional finger tubes on the support frame step by step.
Always mount the additional finger tubes directly after the finger tubes already installed! The cows are thus shown at the
beginning how to pass through the gate. After 3 - 4 days all remaining finger tubes can be mounted.
