NOTE: Push down on cross rails to tighten cover before tightening bracket bolts completely. The pocket will be
approximately 8" up from ground and even on both sides.
E. Make final adjustments to cover by tightening all ratchets. Ratchets should be checked monthly to make sure
the cover is tight.
IMPORTANT: After completion of assembly, the entire structure must be COMPLETELY and SECURELY
anchored. If assembly is not finished, the structure still must be tied down securely until completed.
