IMPORTANT: It is normal for chain saws to have bar and chain lubricant under the chassis after operating
the saw. This bar and chain lubricant is coming from the clutch cover area and is NOT an indication of a
leak. The clutch cover area must be saturated with lubricant to properly lubricate the bar and chain and
to ensure the long-term durability of your new chain saw.
