CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Always unplug the cooler before cleaning or servicing.
Cleaning the appliance
- Wipe the body of the unit with a soft cloth to remove dust.
- You can clean the body of the appliance, the lid, the water tank
filler tray with a soft sponge slightly moistened with lukewarm
water and a mild detergent (such as washing-up liquid). Rinse
with clean water and dry with a soft cloth.
- Do not allow water to enter the unit through the
ventilation openings.
- Do not use abrasive detergents or scouring sponges for
cleaning.
Cleaning the filter
- Remove the grille at the back and on both sides of the
appliance with a screwdriver and remove the filter (see diagram
below).
- Wash the filter with clear water (you can use a mild detergent
and a soft brush if necessary), rinse it and put it back in the
appliance when it is completely dry.
- Never use the appliance without the filter.
- For best efficiency, we recommend that you clean the filter
regularly. Clean it once a month.
