The warranty period remains unchanged due to completion of warranty services.
Exclusion:
The warranty services will not be performed in case of damages caused by misuse,
dropping or shocks, as well as unauthorized service or by transport damages that have
been caused as a result of sending the device for being repaired. No warranty is given for
wearing parts (e.g. cables, terminals, cover plates etc.) as well as for signs of wear.
Please always send the device with the proof of purchase and a short failure description
exclusively through specialised retailers.
The repair will only be executed after receipt of written acceptance (signature) of the
estimated budget previously submitted by the purchaser. In case of warranty service
FÖRCH only takes over the costs for sending the device back to the specialised retailer.
