Headband: holding the ear muff by the cups, place it on your head so that the cups cover the ears
completely. The damping cushions on the cups must surround the ears tightly. The ear muff can
be adjusted to the head by sliding the headband up or down to the right position. The
headband should be placed in a tight position, but without pressure on the head. The headband
is placed in a vertical position on the ears and approximately in the middle of the head.
