7. Trim fascia - using a tape measure, marker, and utility knife, cut a notch in the bottom of fascia approximately 2-1/2'' tall by 3-1/2" wide area. See Figure 2.

8. Reinstall fascia, taillights, and wiring using the original hardware removed in step 1. Be sure to reconnect wiring to taillights.
