To remove water from the dishwasher, the control knob must be set to the pumping
position. After that, hold the START button for 1 second. This function is only provided for
models with a drain pump. As for the models without a drain pump, no processes occur in this
mode.
Before pumping, do not forget to remove the plug located inside the dishwasher. Once
pumping is complete, put the plug back to continue using the dishwasher. When water has been
removed from the dishwasher, turn off pumping with the control knob, avoid prolonged
operation of the drain pump without water.
Since the dishwasher is designed for serial operation, in case of downtime for a long
time (for example, at the end of the day), be sure to turn it off. To turn off the dishwasher, turn
the switch knob to the OFF position.

OPERATING INSTRUCTION
•
The dishwasher is manufactured for industrial use and must be used by qualified
personnel.
•
For good washing performance, it is recommended to keep water hardness within 0-10
Fr. If tap water exceeds these values, it is recommended to use a water softener.
•
Before loading dirty dishes in the dishwasher, wash off the remnants of food.
Otherwise, the filters can be clogged with the remnants of food on the dirty dishes.
•
Never move the dishwasher during operation.
•
Adjust dosing the detergent and rinse aid used in the dishwasher according to the
recommendations of the product manufacturer.
•
The quality of the detergents used in the dishwasher is of great importance in terms of
washing performance and hygiene factors. Never use abrasive detergents. It is necessary
to make the appropriate dosage.
•
The water in the boiler should be changed at least 3 times per day, depending on the
frequency of use. Polluted water in the boiler reduces the washing performance.
Therefore, in such cases, to prevent overspending of detergents, electricity and water,
update the water in the boiler.
•
After loading the dirty dishes in the dishwasher, check the free rotation of the blades of
the sprinklers.
•
The warranty does not cover defects that may occur due to non-use or improper use of
water softener, use of scale solvents.
ATTENTION!
- Never put your bare hands in a dishwashing solution containing detergent. Be
sure to use protective gloves.
- In any case, do not wipe your eyes with a hand that has got detergent.
