Basic safety information
Do not use an electrical tool with a damaged switch. An
electrical tool that cannot be switched on or off is dangerous and
must be repaired.
Remove the plug from the outlet and/or remove the battery
before adjusting the tool, exchanging accessories or before
you store the tool. In this way, you ensure that the tool cannot
be started unintentionally.
Store unused electrical tools out of the reach of children. Do
not allow persons who are not familiar with the tool or who
have not read the instructions to use the electrical tool.
Electrical tools are dangerous if used by inexperienced persons.
Carefully maintain all electrical tools. Check that all moving
parts operate properly and are not stuck, check for damaged
parts and that the tool operates properly. Before you use the
tool, have all damaged parts repaired. Many accidents are
caused in badly maintained electrical tools.
Use the electrical tool, its accessories, additional units, etc.
in accordance with these instructions. Take working
conditions and operations into consideration. Utilizing
electrical tools for purposes other than the intended use can lead
to dangerous situations.
Batteries must only be charged which the battery chargers
recommended by the manufacturer. Any battery charger that is
designed for a specific type of battery presents a fire hazard if it
should be used with other types of battery.
Only use the specified batteries in the electrical tool. The use
of other types of battery can lead to injury and cause a fire
hazard.
Keep unused batteries away from small metallic objects that
could short out the contacts. A short circuit between battery
contacts can result in burns or fires.
