5. The hose should be in line with your inner arm. The bottom
border of the cuff should be approximately 1-2 cm above
your elbow cavity.

6. Wrap the cuff tightly around your arm by using the Velcro
strip.
7. Sit with your feet flat on the floor. Place your arm on a table
so the arm cuff will be at heart level during the measurement.
8. Relax your arm, keep the palm upward and the fingers
curving naturally.
