Pear & poppy lattice pastries

Pears peeled, diced
3 oz
Cream cheese
1 Tbsp Powdered sugar
1 Tps Poppy seeds

Puff pastry sheet, thawed, rolled to
approx. 10 inch x 15 inch

Egg, beaten
1. Mix pear, cream cheese, powdered sugar
and poppy seeds. Evenly spread the filling
over the cut dough, form Jalousie/Lattice
pastries and brush them with egg (refer to
instructions p. 6).
2. Baking: approx. 16 min. on the middle rack
of the oven; preheated to 400°F. Remove
from oven and cool slightly.
Tip: Use plums instead of pears.
