OPERATING FOR THE FIRST TIME - GENERAL INFORMATION

Remove the attachment socket cover (2) and remove the screw (14).

Place the meat tray on the neck of the funnel such that the tray is placed above

HOW TO CLEAN THE GRINDER

Unplug the motor unit and remove the parts.

Never immerse the power cable into water or any other liquid.

Wash all parts except for the motor unit in warm soapy water, paying attention

Rinse the parts in clean hot water and dry them thoroughly; NEVER clean the

parts in a dishwasher. The knives and plates may rust if not dried and stored in the
appropriate manner. To protect these parts, coat them with cooking oil and wrap
them in grease proof paper.
Advice: to protect them from rust, vacuum wrap the parts using a food vacuum
sealer.
Wipe the motor casing using a damp cloth. Do not use aggressive or abrasive

cleaning products.
Using the BLENDER

The appliance must be used in conjunction with the bowl and the bowl cover.

WHEN USING THE APPLIANCE WITHOUT THE BLENDER, IT WILL
NOT WORK UNLESS THE BASE COVER HAS BEEN SCREWED INTO
THE FITTING SOCKET DESIGNED FOR THE BLENDER.
Before use: do not plug into the mains unless the blender jug and cover have been

After use: unplug the appliance from the mains before removing the blender jug

Do not add ingredients whose temperature exceeds 80° into the BLENDER.

In order to avoid it over-flowing, do not add more than 1.5L of liquid to the

Never remove the cover while the blender is on.

Note: Always remove the blender jug cover before fitting and removing it.

Do not operate the blender for longer than 3 minutes.
