FAQ:
Q: Why do I get "SD card Full" error?
EN
A: 1) Check if the inserted memory card is a Class 10 speed. Inferior
speed class memory cards may get you "SD card full" error due to
incompatibility.
Note: This device supports microSD memory cards up to 32Gb.
2) Check the settings and see if "Cyclic Record" is activated.
If this feature is deactivated, when the memory card fills up, the device will
display this error.
If the cyclic recording is activated, when the memory card fills up, the
camera will automaticaly overwrite the older files.
3) Check the settings and see if "Motion Detection", "Gravity sensing" and
"Parking monitor" are activated.
If "Gravity sensing" is activated, recorded files are lock protected and
cannot be overwritten, also the camera will record automaticaly if "Parking
Monitor" and "Motion Detection" are activated, so the memory card will
fill up.
4) You must format the momory card 2-3 times a month, because the lock
protected files cannot be overwritten.
It is recomended to format the memory card before every use, if you don't
have important files on it that you forgot to download.
Q: Why does my camera turns on and off frequently?
A: Check if "Parking Monitor" and "Gravity sensing" are activated. If these
features are activated, the camera will turn on and start recording when
it detects movement or a shock, and it will turn off when no movement or
shock is detected anymore.
Deactivate these features and check if the camera still turns
on and off like before.
