Cheek pad removal (Fig. 4)
1.1 Pull up the visor and undo the chin strap. (see relevant instructions).
1.2 Take hold of the cheek pad and pull towards the inside of the helmet to undo the fas-
tening buttons. Pull out the side flap from the shell sealing edge and detach all of the
cheek pad from the helmet.
1.3 Repeat step 1.2 on the other side of the cheek pad.

Liner removal (Fig. 5)
2.1 Take hold of the back rest in its centre and pull upwards to undo the buttons from their
fastenings.
2.2 Take hold of the liner and pull it towards the inside of the helmet to detach it from the
front frame.
2.3 Completely remove the liner from the helmet.

Liner assembly (Fig. 5)
3.1 Insert the liner into the shell of the helmet and fit it symmetrically well against the
base.
3.2 Make sure that all couplings match. Then hook the front portion, then the rear of the
liner.
3.3 Carefully adjust the liner until it adheres well to the shell.
3.4 Check that the frame of the front section is well inserted underneath the window trim
edge.

Cheek pad assembly (Fig. 4)
4.1 Put the hard plastic flap between the cheek pad and the shell.
4.2 Make sure that the cheek pad is in the correct position so that all the snap buttons are
in line with their housings.
4.3 Insert the hard flap all the way into the groove under the base edge and hook the four
buttons.
Attention: the buttons are not hooked until a click is heard.
4.4 Check that the strap comes out properly from the cheek padding.
4.5 Repeat steps 4.1 to 4.4 on the other side of the cheek pad.
ATTENTION!!!

If your helmet is equipped with the D-Ring retention system, pull it down as
indicated in the attached D-Ring label.

Remove the padding only when cleaning or washing is required.
-
Never use the helmet prior to having correctly and completely refitted the inner com-
fort padding and the cheek pads.
-
Never machine-wash the inner comfort padding.
-
Never use tools or equipment of any sort to carry out the steps described above.

1 INNER VISOR ASSEMBLY
1.1 Remove the visor.
1.2 Remove the protective film from the inner visor on the face in contact with the visor.
1.3 Check that the inner surface of the visor is clean.
Attention: the presence of dust between the visors can produce scratches on both
surfaces.
1.4 Rest one side of the inner visor on one of the visor pins and hold it in position (see
Fig. 6).
1.5 Open the visor and fasten the other side of the inner visor to the second pin (see
Fig. 7).
1.6 Release the visor.
1.7 Remove the second protective film from the inner visor.
Attention: Check that both visors are tightly connected and do not move; if they do,
adjust the spring pins using a screwdriver to set the adherence (Fig. 8).
1.8 Fit the visor in the helmet.
ATTENTION!!!

Make sure that the system has been assembled properly by pulling up and down the
visor.
-
Scratched visors and inner visors can cause reduced visibility and must therefore be
changed.

DISASSEMBLY
2.1 Remove the visor equipped with inner visor.
2.2 Widen the visor: the inner visor will come off automatically.
• WIND PROTECTOR / BREATH DEFLECTOR
Under certain conditions of use, helmet performance can be improved by using these
accessories.
The Wind Protector prevents annoying infiltration of air under the chin area (see Fig. 9 for
assembling and disassembling).
The Breath Deflector prevents the formation of condensation on the visor by-passing the
air flow downwards (see Fig. 10 for assembly and disassembly).
Note:
The wind protector and breath deflector accessories can be easily removed. You
can check the correct assembling of these accessories by pulling them gently towards the
inside of the helmet with your thumb and forefinger. If they move, repeat the assembling
operations.
