Peerless Shower System Installation Instructions
1. Remove Shower Head
Turn the existing shower head counter-clockwise with adjustable wrench or pliers. Use care not to unscrew
the shower arm; hold the shower arm secure. Note: If your shower arm has a ball on the end of it,
it will not work with this shower unit and will need to be replaced with a standard shower
arm.
2. Install Diverter
Hand tighten the female nut of the Diverter/Shower Mount clockwise onto the exposed shower arm threads
until tight. Use the Teflon tape (provided) at this connection only. If necessary, use a wrench to tighten the
diverter nut. Be careful not to overtighten.
3. Install Hand Shower Wall Mount
To Install on Smooth Surfaces
1. Make sure surface is clean and dry.
2. Press suction pad on the back of the Mount against the surface (Fig. 1A).
3. Pull down Holder until it snap locks (Fig 1B).
To Remove Wall Mount
Lift up Holder to release suction and remove Wall Mount.
To Install on Rough or Textured Surfaces
1. Make sure surface is clean and dry.
2. Place Wall Mount into Clear Disk by sliding it into the slots of clear disk (Fig 2A).
3. Remove back of adhesive tape on Clear Disk (Fig 2B).
4. Press Wall Mount assembly firmly against surface. Allow 12 hours for adhesive to set before using in wet or
steam conditions.
4. Connect Hose to Diverter
Hand tighten the ridged nut clockwise to the bottom outlet on the diverter. Do not use a wrench or pliers.
5. Connect Hose to Hand Shower and Install Shower Head
Seat the Washer firmly into the Hose swivel nut. Carefully align the threads of the Hose nut directly to the Hand
Shower. Hand tighten - do not use a wrench or pliers. Then place the Hand Shower into the Wall Mount.
Hand tighten - do not use a wrench or pliers, the Shower Head onto the Diverter.
