Take care not to damage the heating element. (Do not bend or dent).

The appliance is fitted with a safety switch which ensures that the heating
element can only work if the element is correctly placed on the fryer.
Disconnect the appliance from the socket before resetting it!
7. Usage
1.
Ensure that the mains plug of the fryer is disconnected from the socket.
2.
Assemble the oil pan in the outer wall (3) and the heating elements (4) in
the oil pan (10). Make sure that the controls (1) are properly attached.

Remove the frying basket.

Use only high quality frying oil or fat. If you use fat, melt some of it in a pot
to cover the heating elements.
5.
Fill oil into the oil container approximately between the MIN mark and the
MAX mark. Make sure that you do not fill more than the MAX mark or less
than the MIN mark.
6.
Make sure that the temperature control knob is in OFF position or the
timer is in 0 position.
7.
Connect the mains cable to a properly installed socket.
8.
Move the thermostat knob to the desired temperature setting as per the
recipe you are using. Start the timer and the indicator light starts glowing.
9.
While the oil is preheating, prepare the food item that you want to fry.
10.
Once the oil reaches the set temperature, the green status LED goes off.
NOTE: The ready indicator switches on and off with the thermostat to maintain
the set temperature. The red ready indicator is on throughout the usage duration.
