CLEANING / MAINTENANCE

1.- Turn the machine off and unplug it before cleaning. Wait until both grills have completely cooled
down.
2.- Put the lever in the open position and push the open button while opening the grill with the
handle until the upper grill comes into contact with the grease tray (14).
3.- Use the scraper (15) included with the device to pour any grease left on the grills into the
grease tray (image 1).
4.- Open the grill all the way until both grills are in a horizontal position. Push the open lever while
opening the grill with the handle.
5.- Push the disassemble button on the upper grill (19) and disassemble the smooth upper grill
(image 2).
6.- Push the disassemble button on the lower grill (13) and disassemble the lower grill (image 3).
7.- Remove the grease tray (image 4).
Be extremely careful when handling the grease tray because the liquid inside may be

very hot.
