11.- This grill plate is designed to allow the use of metal knives and forks while cooking. For this
reason, you can cut meat or fish directly on the grill plate without worrying about it
scratching. DO NOT BANG THE GLASS SURFACE.
12.- When you have finished cooking, turn the plate off using the ON/OFF button and the power
switch on the back. Wait until it cools before cleaning.
WARNING: The grill is very hot, use the height bar, gloves and be careful to avoid burns and
other accidents.
1.- Always turn off and unplug the machine before cleaning. Wait until the inside is no longer
hot.
2.- The upper grill plate is dishwasher safe.
3.- Use a damp cloth to clean the handles and surfaces of the lower grill plate.
4.- Never use any chemical or abrasive products. Do not use a brush or any other type of
utensils which could damage the different parts and surface of the slicer.
5.- Eliminate all grease and food remains that could have become stuck to the surface of the
grill using a cloth.
6.- Use a damp cloth with detergent to clean the machine and then dry it. Make sure to clean
the machine completely every day.
7.- ATTENTION: Do not put the machine directly into any container with water in it.
This machine is not waterproof.
8.- If the glass on the upper grill plate breaks, turn the grill off using the switch on the back.
Contact our technical support service to request a replacement. Only use original parts.
